VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE VERTICAL IL 78 – TECHNICAL FEATURES

    AISI 304 L stainless steel is used in the whole chamber and especially in the body structure, which is anti corrosion and food conformed. The electrical component is based on the IP65 protection system. Siemens and Schneider are used in pneumatic and electrical materials. Since the machine have double chamber, it accelerate the packaging time of the product. Generally, no operator is required. Cleaning and maintenance is very simple. The vacuum process includes, vacuum, gas, sealing, and cooling procedures.
    The vacuum process and the sealing process can be used separately from each other in different ways. The capacity of the model is from 500 grams to 50 kg. The gas unit is integrated as a protective gas (M.A.P.). In our model, you are able to vacuum pack any type of products, dust-powder vacuum and liquid vacuum as well. The most important thing is that the product remains fresh in its own flavor and keeps its shelf life to longer process.
